6261 Ministry Communities are called "Bundles" - a bundle of 6 congregations served by 2 Pastors, 6 Licensed Lay Ministers, and 1 Deacon that is stronger together. Just as a bundle of sticks is stronger together, even while each individual stick (or congregation) retains its own unique shape and identity.
6261 Ministry Communities seek to uplift the gifts of each congregation through a shared leadership model which encourages collaborative ministry and community engagement. By bundling together in common life, ministry, and mission, a 6261 Bundle can broaden its ministry impact.
